Bethan is an associate in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in Guildford.
She works with senior members of the team on a wide variety of clinical negligence claims. This has included claims relating to orthopaedic, spinal and brain injuries, as well as high value claims for catastrophic injuries from road traffic accidents.
Having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2020 as a paralegal, Bethan continued with the firm as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in 2023. During her training contract, she gained a wide range of experience in different practice areas.
