Bethan is an associate in the clinical negligence and personal injury team in Guildford.
She works with senior members of the team on a wide variety of clinical negligence claims, including claims relating to orthopaedic, spinal and brain injuries, as well as high value claims for catastrophic injuries from road traffic accidents. Bethan also has a special interest in obstetric and gynaecological claims, and claims dealing with surgical care.
Having joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2020 as a paralegal, Bethan continued with the firm as a trainee solicitor and gained a wide range of experience in different practice areas during her training contract. She qualified as a solicitor into the clinical negligence and personal injury team in March 2023.
