Banu is an associate in the real estate team in London, specialising in commercial property.
She has experience on a range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant transactions, acquisition and disposal of property, and investment work. Banu also has experience with the SDLT elements of various real estate transactions.
Having qualified in 2024, she joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in the same year. Banu holds a bachelor’s law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and obtained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course.
