Profile

Anoushka is a senior associate in the corporate team. She has a strong focus on venture capital transactions, advising both companies and investors on a wide range of investment rounds. She is particularly interested in working with early-stage companies that are taking risks to build exciting new businesses.

Focusing on clients’ long-term objectives is at the core of Anoushka’s practice and she offers a commercial and pragmatic approach to venture deals. Her experience also includes advising on a variety of corporate transactions in the technology and media sectors, including acquisitions and disposals.

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper, Anoushka worked at a leading American law firm, where she advised on a number of venture capital investments.

Advising a European venture capital fund, with investments of more than €2.5 billion of capital in over 60 companies, on its Series A investment into an English company.
Advising a consumer technology focused investment company on its Series B financing.
Acting for a Swedish investment company on its investment in the $500 million Series E financing of a leading digital temporary staffing agency.
Acting for a prominent growth stage technology fund on its investment in the $50 million Series C financing of a prestigious all-in-one digital workplace platform.
