Alison is a partner in the clinical negligence team. She deals with a wide variety of clinical negligence claims on behalf of claimants and is passionate about getting the best result possible for them.
She has a particular focus on birth injury, oncology, general practice, gynaecology and orthopaedic claims and also deals with fatal accident claims arising out of clinical negligence actions.
A member of both the Law Society and AvMA accredited clinical negligence panels, Alison has worked regularly with AvMA as a trained helpline volunteer. She has been recognised in Chambers Guide to the UK Legal Profession, described as ‘bright’ and ‘a future star’, and commended for being ‘excellent with clients’.
Alison splits her time between the Basingstoke and Oxford offices and also sees clients in the Birmingham office.
