Emma-Louise Vernon

Senior paralegal

Emma-Louise is a senior paralegal in the residential property team in Oxford. She is experienced in a variety of residential matters and deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, plot sales for developer clients, re-mortgages, buy to lets and new build purchases, as well as first registrations of unregistered land.

She has her own portfolio of clients, including bank institutions, private individuals, and companies, and also works closely with the private client team assisting with probate sales.

I do my very best to keep what can be an extremely stressful period for clients as smooth as possible by updating them regularly, working closely with estate agents and even sometimes injecting an element of humour!
