Eleanor Moodey

Partner

Eleanor has extensive experience advising on all aspects of family law, including financial claims on divorce, private children disputes, relocation, injunctions, cohabitation disputes, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and cases with international parties and assets.

She advises a wide range of clients, including professionals, international families, high‑net‑worth individuals, and business owners. Known for her calm, strategic and meticulous approach, Eleanor is trusted for her clear guidance and ability to navigate and strategise even the most sensitive and challenging issues. She has a sympathetic nature and understands that the needs of each client are different.

My goal is always to support clients in achieving the best possible outcome, thinking strategically about how to strengthen their position and focusing on what matters most to them as individuals. I aim to shield them from the contentious litigation that can so often arise during separation and to deliver the most effective resolution.
