Duncan Taylor

Consultant

Duncan is a consultant in the firm’s residential property team. He specialises in all aspects of residential property, particularly transactional work and residential landlord and tenant matters, as well as secured lending with a number of private banks.

He has developed a niche specialism in advising and acting for high-net-worth individuals based both in the UK and from all over the world who are looking to buy homes in London for their own use and/or for investment purposes. He is also well connected to specialist funders and the leading London estate agents and buying agents who deal in this type of work. He is a member of the firm’s private wealth sector group.

I look to provide clear, practical advice to ensure smooth property transactions and am trusted for my attention to detail, problem solving skills and client-focused approach. I strive to navigate complex legal issues efficiently, delivering seamless results with professionalism and integrity.
