Dipika is a senior associate in the commercial real estate team, based in London. She is highly experienced in investment and development matters, acting for a range of clients, from investment funds and banks to developers and retailers.
She deals with acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio transactions) and financings, alongside landlord and tenant management matters across a range of asset classes. Dipika has extensive experience leading on high-value acquisitions, including a £102 million distribution park, a 137-room hotel in central London for £37 million, and a multi-let retail park for over £22 million.
I really enjoy working with our fantastic clients to achieve their objectives and provide a solutions-based approach to any challenges along the way. I form real partnerships with our clients to understand their aims, their values and their business, and provide advice that is truly tailored to their needs.
Working closely with clients and their teams in respect of the entire lifecycle of each property, from its acquisition and management, to eventual sale, Dipika does so in a pro-active and efficient manner to deliver real value in line with each client’s bespoke strategy and goals. She is commercial in her approach, meets milestones and achieves excellent results for clients. Dipika joined the firm in 2022. Prior to that she worked as a solicitor at a global law firm, where she also qualified in 2015.
