Danny’s experience covers all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial contract negotiations to project completion and beyond. An accomplished non-contentious construction solicitor with a strong background in the construction industry, Danny has 10 years of in-house legal experience, having previously worked for a major UK contractor, specialising in multi-million-pound fit-out projects and a structural engineering design consultancy practice. He has developed extensive expertise advising a wide range of clients, including public and private sector entities, developers, educational institutions, and corporate office occupiers.
My approach combines attention to detail with strategic foresight, helping clients navigate the legal challenges of complex construction projects. With a thorough understanding of the legal and practical challenges in construction projects, I provide clear, pragmatic advice to safeguard clients’ interests throughout the project lifecycle.
