Catherine Bradshaw

Senior associate

Catherine is a commercial property lawyer working primarily in the housing sector, on behalf of registered providers.

She has worked in this field for many years and has gained extensive experience in the areas of acquisition and development, securitisation, and commercial property/asset management. Catherine’s clients range from large London-based and regional providers, to small CLTs and rural housing associations. She deals regularly with land contracts (including golden brick, turnkey and conditional planning contracts), development agreements, options, pre-emption agreements, planning and other infrastructure agreements. On the secured lending side, Catherine carries out due diligence on complex schemes, preparatory to the issue of certificates of title, and also advises on problematic mortgagee exclusion clauses.

I have many years’ experience in the sector and believe clients appreciate me for my breadth of expertise, my responsiveness, and my clear and pragmatic advice.
