Bethany Walker

Associate

Bethany is an associate in the private client team and advises individuals and families on private client law, including lifetime planning and estate administration. Her clients include high net worth individuals and families, many of whom own business assets and assets overseas.

She is astute to both estate planning and estate administration concerning highly sensitive and personal topics, and takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach to the legal advice she provides. With private client litigation on the rise, Bethany is always keen to work in conjunction with the contentious private client team to support her clients should disputes arise in their estate administration matters, and to act preventatively when handling estate planning matters to help mitigate the chances of a client’s estate facing contentious issues in the future.

I support clients through some of the most emotionally challenging times of their lives, aiming to remove at least some of that burden in respect of the legal aspects of a matter. I am described as ‘patient’, ‘kind’ and ‘knowledgeable’, and clients have appreciated my human approach to their legal affairs.
