Beth Mason

Knowledge lawyer

Beth is a knowledge lawyer in the family team, based in London. She has experience of all aspects of private family work, including divorce and financial matters, arrangements for children, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements, having advised individuals for 13 years.

Since joining the firm in 2022, Beth has supported the family team by ensuring they are kept up to date with legal current awareness and latest developments, drafting precedents and client guides, and providing technical assistance and legal research on complex issues. She is a member of the Family Knowledge Lawyer Network, as well as Resolution, an organisation which promotes a constructive approach to resolving family law matters, where she sits on its practice standards panel.

I am a family lawyer as well as a knowledge lawyer. These days, my department colleagues are my clients, and I use my years of experience advising on family law issues to support them and provide them with efficient processes and tools, as well as technical expertise and strategic advice.
