Anna Brooks-Gallerani

Senior associate

Anna is a senior associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in London. A member of the firm’s group actions team, she specialises in high-value, complex group claims and regularly acts for large groups of claimants in multi-party claims against their professional advisors and insurers.

She has extensive experience in acting for claimants with claims arising out of failed off-plan property developments, many of which have attracted press coverage. With day-to-day conduct of these claims, she is the first port of call for her clients, many of whom are based internationally.

Working closely with clients, both individuals and SMEs, to help them to obtain long-overdue and much-deserved redress for the losses they have suffered is the most rewarding aspect of my work.

Anna Brooks-Gallerani, Senior associate

Anna acts in claims before the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as in arbitrations and in relation to consumer redress schemes, including before the Financial Ombudsman Service and the SRA Compensation Fund. She has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, regularly attending mediations and other negotiations on behalf of her clients. Anna is a member of both the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and the Collective Redress Lawyers Association, and frequently attends industry-wide events.
