Andy is an associate in the real estate litigation team, specialising in commercial property matters, with significant experience of acting for both landlords and tenants.

He is ranked in the Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer and has considerable experience of dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters, including asset management/portfolio work for several large high street tenants and landlords, particularly where such matters interconnect with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Andy also has significant specialism in dealing with rent arrears, forfeiture and re-entry of commercial premises, and breach of lease disputes, and focuses on providing commercially practical advice in relation to litigation, targeting the overall objective for the respective client in each matter. He has a particular interest in matters of trespass and dealing with squatters and protestors, which has included cases at the High Court and obtaining both injunctions and possession orders.

I am a real estate disputes associate advising on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. My priority is providing commercially astute advice to assist clients with the core legal issues, however complex, with the aim of continually factoring in the broader picture of their overarching aims and objectives for the property.
