Amy Fox

Partner

Amy is a partner in the family team. She specialises in advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in all aspects of family law, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and the division of assets on divorce or separation

She also has significant expertise in advising on the arrangements for the care of children on divorce or separation as well as international children work, including applications for relocation of a child or children to a new jurisdiction. Amy’s cases often involve complex asset structures with an international element. She has been instructed in many cases where one of the parties works in private equity. Amy also has a particular interest in cases involving art and is a member of the Art Lawyers Association.

I am passionate about helping people through what is likely to be one of the most difficult and painful experiences of their lives. I do everything I can to protect my clients from the acrimony that all too often comes hand in hand with family proceedings, with compassion and empathy.
