Alexandra Baggallay

Senior associate

Alexandra is a senior associate in the family team, based in Oxford. She specialises in complex divorce and financial matters, disputes concerning arrangements for children, and nuptial agreements.

She has a background in acting for wealthy clients, both married and unmarried, in all aspects of their divorce and separation. Alexandra has a varied client base, assisting individuals from all walks of life. Her practice encompasses financial remedy claims for individuals (or their spouses) with backgrounds in finance, family businesses, the arts and landed estates. She also has a strong private children practice with an expertise in complex relocation cases, and regularly advises on disputes where children should live or go to school, often where significant safeguarding concerns have been raised.

I offer clear, strategic, compassionate and pragmatic advice to clients during what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives. I am committed to achieving outcomes for my clients outside the courtroom and on a consensual basis, without acrimony, wherever possible.
