Aimee Jones

Aimee is a paralegal in the real estate litigation team based in Oxford. She has experience dealing with disputes in relation to residential and commercial real estate and social housing.

Supporting the team, she assists with a variety of work, including claims under the Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act, disrepair and dilapidations claims, and possession and forfeiture proceedings. Her responsibilities include preparing court documents and instructions to counsel, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research to assist senior members of the team. As a junior fee earner, Aimee is a member of the PennFuture committee. She helps to coordinate social events and networking opportunities for fellow colleagues, as well as with young professionals from local businesses external to the firm.

I focus on delivering clear, accessible guidance to clients facing complex real estate disputes. My goal is to ensure they feel supported to move confidently through legal proceedings, in order to reach the best possible outcome.
