Adam Crawford

Senior associate

Adam is a senior associate, and co-head of home ownership in the housing team. He has a wealth of experience in shared ownership, new build conveyancing, and asset management, and acts for registered providers, local authorities and developers.

He specialises in new development site set ups for both shared ownership and private sale, and all aspects of his clients’ ongoing conveyancing and asset management requirements, including staircasing, bulk sales, stock sales, Right to Buy/Acquire, social homebuy, buy backs, auctions, and the various home ownership initiatives which may exist from time to time.

I have a unique insight into, and understanding of, how registered providers and developers operate, having spent many years seconded in-house. My experience and knowledge enables me to provide practical advice to clients on legal set ups of new developments, sales, asset management, and a variety of ad-hoc issues they may face.
