Profile

Sarah is an associate in the IP team focusing on brand protection and contentious IP matters. Based in the firm’s Oxford office, she has extensive experience in the prosecution and enforcement of UK, EU and international trade marks, with a particular emphasis on the fashion and retail sectors. She also advises on a range of design right, trade mark and copyright litigation matters, as well as domain name disputes conducted under ICANN UDRP and Nominet DRS.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and has co-authored a number of articles in the CITMA Review.
