Luke is a paralegal in the housing team, based in Basingstoke, and acts for registered providers.

He specialises in dealing with new-build plot sales and after-sales matters including re-sales, staircasings (interim and final), transfer of equity, re-mortgages and leasehold packs.

Prior to joining Penningtons Manches Cooper in October 2022, he undertook a two-year paralegal apprenticeship with CILEX Law School and won a ‘star award’ for ‘forward thinking’. Alongside his studies, he acted at another leading UK law firm for registered providers dealing with new-build plot sales.
