Portrait of Linzi Bull
Areas of expertise: Family law, Private wealth

Profile

Linzi is a partner in the family law team in London. She has established a strong reputation in all areas of family law, including divorce, the financial implications of relationship breakdown, wealth protection through pre- and post-nuptial agreements and Children Act disputes, and often represents high net worth individuals in cases with an international element. Having developed a particular specialism in LGBT family issues, including international surrogacy, she is regularly involved in pre-conception agreements.

Listed as a leader in her field by both the main legal directories, Linzi has been described by Chambers UK as ‘a very popular choice for the A-list client who values dedicated, attentive, high-quality representation’. The Legal 500 notes that she can ‘navigate through the difficult facts and then move seamlessly into settlement discussions’ and describes her as ‘highly impressive’ with ‘terrific client skills’. She is recommended in the Citywealth Leaders’ and Power Women Lists and was last year ranked by Spears as one of the top 50 UK family lawyers.

Linzi joined Penningtons Manches Cooper in 2018 from a Central London law firm where she was also partner. She is a member of Resolution, the national organisation for specialist family lawyers, and provides expert commentary on family issues for press and radio.
