As finance lead for the Court of Protection team, Kelly supervises and manages the daily running of all deputyship and trust bank accounts, liaising with clients and their families, companies, case managers, litigation solicitors and payroll providers. She also administers work for auto enrolment pension schemes, personal tax returns and annual periodical payments.

She has particular strengths in preparing and planning clients’ annual budgets and reviewing deposit and investment accounts along with reporting financial figures to the Office of the Public Guardian.

Kelly joined the firm in 2010, having gained extensive knowledge of the Court of Protection field from her previous role as a customer service manager for a major building society in Central London. Since then she has built up excellent relationships with clients, banking institutions and independent financial advisers to enhance the products and services offered by the Court of Protection team.
