Faryaal is an associate in the corporate team. She has experience of advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, and her practice includes private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

She acts for a variety of clients, including SMEs, private equity houses, portfolio companies and larger corporates. Faryaal is recognised for her pragmatic, commercially focused approach and strong attention to detail, which clients value highly. She has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including technology, construction, healthcare and professional services. Her ability to understand the commercial drivers behind each transaction enables her to provide tailored, strategic advice. Faryaal is committed to delivering high-quality legal support that adds value and supports long-term growth.

Faryaal read law at the University of Warwick and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Holborn. She trained at another leading City law firm, where she gained experience working on complex, high-value transactions, before moving to a regional UK law firm. She joined the firm in 2025.
