Profile

Asta is a dual-qualified lawyer working as a senior associate in the residential property team in Guildford. She qualified as a chartered legal executive in 2017 and then cross-qualified as a solicitor in 2019. Asta also has a master’s degree in law from the University of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Advising on all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages, Asta has a particular focus on high net worth individuals. She works closely with the firm’s private client, tax and family teams, advising on various aspects of private property held by estates, on trusts or by separating spouses.
