The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised finnCap as nominated adviser and broker to SRT Marine Systems plc on a £5.36 million fundraising with existing and new investors, comprising a non-pre-emptive placing and retail offer.
SRT Marine Systems plc is a global provider of integrated maritime surveillance systems and digital navigation safety transceivers.
The proceeds will be used to facilitate accelerated growth through provision of working capital for the company’s systems and transceivers divisions.
London-based corporate partner, Seb Orton, led on this deal with assistance from associate Jenny Wright.
