Leading law firm Penningtons Manches Cooper has appointed Nick How as a partner in its Singapore office.
Nick, a specialist banking and finance lawyer who is dual qualified in England and Wales and in Singapore, joins the firm from Singapore firm Rajah and Tann.
His experience covers a broad range of transactions in the European, Asian and emerging markets. In particular, he has significant expertise in trade and commodity finance, project finance, syndicated lending, private credit, debt finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, structured finance and restructuring.
His clients include commercial and investment banks, development finance institutions, hedge funds, private equity houses, and investment funds, as well as sponsors and corporates in various sectors. He has also spent time on secondment in the investment and commercial banking divisions of two global banks.
