The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has acted for California based Clubspeed LLC, one of the world’s leading venue management software companies, on its recent cross-border acquisition of UK based Resova.
Founded in 2015, Resova is an online booking software tool designed to streamline and improve the booking experience for activity and tour operators and their customers. Alongside its booking operations, Resova also provides marketing, organisational and management support for its customers as part of an all-in-one package.
The team was led by partner Matthew Martin with support from associate James Mann. The wider team included support from Sarah Mant (employment), Stephen Goldstraw (tax) and Hannah Fricker (data protection).
