The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised finnCap as nominated adviser and broker to SRT Marine Systems plc on a £4.9 million placing with existing and new investors.
SRT Marine Systems plc is a global provider of integrated maritime surveillance systems and digital navigation safety transceivers.
The proceeds will be used to provide working capital to enable implementation of multiple strategic projects as well as to enable increased production of digital navigation transceivers.
London-based corporate partner, Seb Orton, led on this deal with assistance from associate James Mann.
