The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised Wirehive, a web hosting consultancy based in Farnborough, Surrey, on its sale to Colorado based Pax8, an award-winning distributor of cloud technologies.
Wirehive’s market leading consulting methodology, professional services, and expert technical support will add value to the Pax8 group and expand its reach across new technologies and geographies.
Demand for public cloud infrastructure is expected to continue to grow and Pax8 and Wirehive plan to offer new job opportunities in the UK. Robert Belgrave, Chief Executive Officer at Wirehive commented: “Through this acquisition, we will help businesses modernise with cloud technology.
