Penningtons Manches Coopers' social housing team appointed to South Yorkshire Housing Association legal panel

Following a highly competitive tender exercise, the social housing team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has won a place on the legal services panel for South Yorkshire Housing Association in connection with property, development, corporate finance, general commercial, compliance and governance.

South Yorkshire Housing Association has a housing stock of around 6000 homes. They work with both general needs tenants and vulnerable customers to maximise wellbeing, providing homes and support to over 10,000 individuals.

Penningtons Manches Cooper’s head of social housing Linda Storey commented: “We are excited to have been appointed by South Yorkshire Housing Association and look forward to supporting them in achieving their strategic objectives and fulfilling their social purpose."
