Following a highly competitive tender exercise, the social housing team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has won a place on the legal services panel for Midland Heart in connection with procurement and company secretarial work.
Midland Heart is a leading housing association and the largest housing and regeneration business based in the Midlands. They operate across 54 local authority areas, providing and maintaining homes for more than 70,000 people across over 33,000 properties.
Penningtons Manches Cooper has had an increasing focus on the Midlands area since opening a Birmingham office in 2019.
