The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised Elixirr International plc on its £3.8 million acquisition of Coast Digital Limited. Corporate partner David Kendall led the multi-disciplinary Penningtons Manches Cooper team which included tax partners Kathy Hills and Stephen Goldstraw, employment associate Lindsay Neal, commercial property senior associate Jamie Lynch and corporate associates Hannah McIlwraith and Richard Price.
Elixirr is an established global challenger consultancy. Bringing award winning Coast Digital into its ‘House of Brands’ extends Elixirr’s existing digital capabilities, enabling it to offer clients a full-service digital capability. This acquisition is the first since Elixirr’s IPO in July, on which Penningtons Manches Cooper also advised.
