Penningtons Manches Cooper’s corporate team has advised Halma Plc, a FTSE 100 company, on its acquisition of Invenio Systems, a market leader in customer-side leak detection. Oxford based corporate partner Will Axtell led the Penningtons Manches Cooper team supported by corporate associate Attilio Leccisotti.
Invenio offers innovative, non-intrusive detection solutions for leaks in households and commercial properties. The ability to detect customer-side leaks is vitally important to water companies globally, as these areas of the network have been traditionally difficult to survey. Invenio will join Halma Plc as part of HWM, creating a global leader in leakage reduction.
