The social housing team at Penningtons Manches has been appointed to the legal services panel for L&Q, following a competitive tender exercise. L&Q is one of the leading housing associations in the UK and one of London's largest residential developers.
The team has been appointed to assist L&Q in respect of commercial property, asset management and property sales.
