The social housing team at Penningtons Manches has won a place on the legal services panel for South East Consortium (SEC), following a highly competitive tender exercise. SEC is a group of 29 social landlords managing around 260,000 properties located in the South East of England. Its mission is to support its members in delivering a brilliant service to residents through collaborative procurement.
The team has been appointed to assist SEC members with non-contentious, property, development, property sales, corporate, governance and finance work.
