The social housing team at Penningtons Manches has won a place on the legal services panel for South East Consortium (SEC), following a highly competitive tender exercise. SEC is a group of 29 social landlords managing around 260,000 properties located in the South East of England. Its mission is to support its members in delivering a brilliant service to residents through collaborative procurement.
The team has been appointed to assist SEC members with non-contentious, property, development, property sales, corporate, governance and finance work.
Head of social housing Linda Storey said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by South East Consortium, and look forward to partnering with them and their members in order to assist them in delivering their mission.”
