London-based Mach 1 Couriers Ltd, one of the UK’s longest established companies in the express and same day delivery sector, has acquired Creative Cars & Couriers Ltd for an undisclosed sum.

Commenting on the completion of the sale, David Tighe said: “It was a pleasure to help Lisa and Creative’s co-owner Tim Webb to achieve a successful exit for the business that they had created.” Lisa Byrne said: “I would like to thank Penningtons Manches for all their hard work and support.
