Penningtons Manches’ expertise in clinical negligence cases recognised by Scope

While Penningtons Manches’ expertise in the field of clinical negligence has long been recognised by the legal directories such as Chambers UK and the Legal 500, its expertise has also been recognised by a number of charities who support those affected by disability.

The charity, Scope, has endorsed the firm’s expertise and experience in this area by listing Penningtons Manches LLP on its website. The charity has identified a small number of firms around the country with experience in clinical negligence litigation on behalf of those who have suffered injury as a result of sub-standard medical care (see the list here).

Over the years, the firm has acted for numerous clients with the most severe injuries, including brain and spinal injuries, which have resulted in significant needs for care, accommodation, aids, equipment and therapies. We have recovered millions of pounds of compensation - known as damages - for clients to reflect the impact of their injuries on their lives and to provide for the care they need.
