The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 came into force on 9 January 2013. Tarnya Pilgrim looked at the changes made by the new regime in her article ‘Poor rating for EPC regulations’. We are monitoring developments and understand that the Department for Communities and Local Government is working on revised guidance, which is due to be published shortly, with amended legislation hopefully in the Autumn.
