Penningtons Manches' personal injury team ranked as a band 1 leading specialist team by Chambers 2014

The personal injury team at Penningtons Manches LLP is delighted to have been ranked as a leading band 1 specialist personal injury team in the South by the legal directory Chambers UK in its 2014 edition. The directory ranks firms according to reputation, expertise and industry and client feedback.

Chambers UK reports the firm as being renowned for handling a range of serious injury cases, including claims arising from road traffic accidents (RTAs) and injuries at work, as well as complex catastrophic injury claims. Quotes from clients and those working with the team included: "I can't praise their practice more – they're outstanding. None of them have any weaknesses I can think of." Department head Philippa Luscombe, a band 1 individual, is noted to have expertise in a wide range of work including complex brain and spinal injury cases, as well as fatal claims.
