Penningtons Manches partner Charles Brooks presented at an evening seminar on 4 December 2013 on ‘Cross-border investments between Luxembourg and India – a multi-dimensional perspective’.
Hosted at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg City, the seminar addressed the impact of a changing regulatory environment on investments between India and Luxembourg.
Charles, who is the current chairman of Multilaw, a leading global association of law firms, spoke on “Multilaw and the Europe/India Corridor” and how member firms could help European businesses to develop opportunities in India.
Other speakers included Pierre Gamegna, Director General of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Stephane Pellet, partner at Etude Felten & Associes, Luxembourg.
