Penningtons named as one of the top companies to work for in UK graduate survey

Penningtons Solicitors LLP has been ranked as one of the ‘Top 100 Companies for Graduates to Work for’ in a new guide published by The Job Crowd, the UK’s leading graduate job review website. The firm has been ranked 46th in a list which contains many household names, including Waitrose, British Airways and GlaxoSmithKline. It has also been listed as the third best law firm in the country to work for in the report, ahead of Clifford Chance, Linklaters and CMS Cameron McKenna.

Described as a 'TripAdvisor for jobs', The Job Crowd’s research is based on thousands of reviews written by employees in their first three years of work at hundreds of UK graduate employers. It looks at a range of factors including career progression, compensation and benefits, training and support, work/life balance, responsibility and company culture.

Penningtons was praised in the report for offering an extremely friendly and supportive environment in which to work as well as a strong team ethos. A number of contributors also mentioned the good benefits packages provided to staff.
