London and South East law firm Penningtons Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce that it has appointed Andrew Casstles as a partner in its highly regarded social housing group. Andrew, who joins from Devonshires Solicitors where he had been a partner for four years, will be based at Penningtons' City office.
Andrew specialises in development, regeneration and landlord and tenant work for the social housing sector. He has acted for numerous registered providers, focusing particularly on development site acquisitions with associated planning and infrastructure agreements. He advises on funding, grant, nominations and consortium agreements and commercial lettings in mixed use schemes.
In the private sector he has acted for private investors, developers and occupiers on a variety of commercial property transactions.
Andrew regularly runs seminars for clients and contacts on the development process and obstacles to development.
