Penningtons ranked as a top performer in latest edition of Legal 500 directory

Lawyers across each of the offices of Penningtons Solicitors LLP have been recognised as experts in their field in the new edition of the national legal directory The Legal 500. In total 30 practice areas and 38 lawyers have been recommended by the guide, which is seen as the authoritative voice of the legal industry.

This year's publication lists Penningtons as a top tier firm in immigration law as well as clinical negligence and personal tax, trusts and probate. Other practice areas which have featured strongly are corporate and commercial, corporate tax, dispute resolution, trade finance, professional regulation, partnership, employment, intellectual property, commercial property, social housing, agriculture and estates, family, personal injury and contentious trusts. Penningtons was listed as a regional heavyweight amongst firms in the South East.

In addition, several lawyers have been included in the elite 'leading lawyers' list, The Legal 500's guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide. They include Grainne Barton for clinical negligence, Stephen Ralph for partnership law and Anthony Whitwell for personal tax, trusts and probate.
