Tier 1 (investor) concession published today

Following pressure from various law firms including Penningtons Solicitors LLP, a transitional concession to Tier 1 (investor) migrants impacted by the changes announced on 22 November has been published by the Governent.

The concession covers those who entered the Tier 1 (investor) route or applied to enter the route before 13 December 2012. This means that these migrants will still be able to rely on investments held in offshore custody and loan funds where the investments will be used as security against that loan.
