The UKBA announces changes in dealing with sponsor requests

The UKBA has announced that from 30 July 2012 sponsors will be able to use the sponsorship management system (SMS) to track the progress and results of some of their sponsor requests. This means that in certain cases sponsors will no longer be notified by email or letter when requests to change sponsor details have been granted.

Sponsors will be able to use the ‘view recent and outstanding requests’ and ‘view user list’ features on the SMS to monitor the status of their requests.
