Penningtons pays tribute to partner Peter Bond

We are saddened to announce the sudden death of Peter Bond, a corporate partner based in our London office.

Peter was a much liked and respected colleague who joined Penningtons in October 2009. His 25 years’ cross-border experience of advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and commercial contracts for UK, US, Indian and European clients in a broad range of industries made him a valued member of our firm and he will be greatly missed both personally and professionally.
