Penningtons Manches Cooper advising Cavendish Capital Markets on conditional £12.5 million equity fundraising for Revolution Bars Group PLC

The corporate team at Penningtons Manches Cooper is advising Cavendish Capital Markets as nominated adviser and broker to Revolution Bars Group PLC on a £12.5 million fundraising through a firm placing, a subscription, and a placing and open offer. 

Revolution Bars Group, a leading operator of premium bars and gastro pubs, is proposing to undertake a restructuring plan following external challenges impacting its business. The restructuring plan will be enabled by the fundraising, ensuring a sustainable future for the group.

The fundraising is conditional upon, amongst other things, shareholder approval and the restructuring being sanctioned by the court.
