Penningtons Manches Cooper advises Torus Angle on its acquisition of Wornl Park

Penningtons Manches Cooper has advised property services company Torus Angle Ltd on its acquisition of Wornl Park for an undisclosed sum.

Wornl Park, situated close to the M40, is a purpose-built business park, providing a broad range of business units, ranging from starter units and offices to warehousing, storage and engineering workshops. Funding was provided by Handelsbanken and from Torus Angle’s own resources.

The team advising Torus Angle was led by corporate partner Richard Wrigley and commercial real estate consultant Charlie Seaward, with the wider team including commercial real estate partner Justin Winterbottom, banking and finance partner John Chater and corporate tax partner Stephen Goldstraw.
