New application forms published by the UKBA

The UKBA has published new versions of some of its application forms, for use on or after 6 April 2012.

The new forms will be published on 5 April due to 6 April being a public holiday in the UK. However, the original forms will still be accepted up to and including 27 April 2012. Please note, applications submitted on or after 6 April will be considered under the new immigration rules.
