Rebecca Dziobon

Partner

Rebecca is a partner and head of divisional strategy, leading the firm’s private individual client services with a focus on ultra-high net worth individuals, families, family offices, and professional trustees. She combines deep family law expertise with strategic leadership across the firm’s private wealth offering, ensuring an integrated, high-quality service for complex and often cross-border matters.

Rebecca has expertise in advising on high-value and technically complex financial issues arising from relationship breakdown. Her particular area of legal focus includes cases involving trusts, pensions, and business interests, as well as matters with international and jurisdictional considerations.

She also leads the firm’s art, cultural property and luxury group, reflecting a long-standing personal and professional interest in the sector. Rebecca read art history at university and worked in antiquities prior to qualifying as a lawyer, giving her a nuanced understanding of the legal, commercial, and cultural issues affecting collectors, families, and institutions with significant art and heritage assets.

As head of strategy and knowledge for the services I lead, I’m energised every day by the opportunity to shape how we deliver for clients. Bringing together people and sector expertise, I focus on enhancing client experience while creating an environment where our teams can do their best work and truly thrive.
